How it works
Tell us what's happening on WhatsApp, by phone or online. If the cause isn't clear, we diagnose it first with Bosch diagnostic equipment, then give you a price. We'll keep you updated while the car is with us and explain what we did when you collect it.
Not safe to drive?
If your brakes feel wrong, there's smoke or a red warning light, please don't drive the car. Call us on 01782 427609 and our workshop controller will talk you through the safest way to get it to us.

Questions
Can you give me a price before you start?
Yes. We diagnose the fault where needed, then quote. No work goes ahead without your approval.
Do you repair hybrids and EVs?
Yes. Our IMI-qualified technicians work on hybrid and electric vehicles, including high-voltage systems.
Will a repair at an independent garage affect my warranty?
No, as long as the work follows the manufacturer's requirements with parts of matching quality, which is how we work as a Bosch Car Service centre.
Can I spread the cost?
Payment Assist may be available on eligible repairs. Ask the team when you get your quote.
