What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for the website to work; others help us understand how the website is used or measure our advertising. We only use analytics and marketing cookies if you say yes.

Your choice

When you first visit, a banner lets you accept all cookies, reject the optional ones, or choose analytics and marketing separately. Nothing optional is switched on until you choose. You can change your mind at any time: . We ask again after 6 months.

If you reject optional cookies, Google may still receive basic, cookie-free signals (for example that a page was viewed) without identifying you, so that we can see overall visit numbers. No advertising cookies are set and nothing is sent to Meta.

Information kept only for your visit

While you browse, your browser keeps a note of the page you arrived on and the website that sent you (for example a Google or Facebook advert link). It is not a cookie, it is deleted when you close the tab, and it is only sent to us if you submit an enquiry, so we know how you found us.

Booking systems and maps from other companies

Online booking opens systems run by our partners: KiS Online (MOT booking), Bosch Car Service / Mobility Media (service booking), SMART Estimator (bodywork photo quotes) and My Favourite Garage. The map on our pages is provided by Google Maps. These services may set their own cookies when you use them, under their own cookie policies.
